세 가지 수행
- 절 수행: 한국 법당 사진을 바탕으로 만든 법당에서 큰절을 이어서 하고, 절한 횟수를 셉니다. 108배마다 범종이 울립니다.
- 걷기 수행: 들꽃 핀 끝없는 숲길을 천천히 걷습니다. 걸은 시간과 거리를 보여 줍니다.
- 명상: 법당이나 아공간(주변이 사라지고 나만 보이는 빈 곳)에 앉아 숨 쉬는 모습을 지켜봅니다.

아니요. lamrimapp.com을 열면 바로 시작합니다. 가입·로그인이 없습니다. 원하면 브라우저의 '홈 화면에 추가'로 앱처럼 둘 수 있습니다.
돈이 드나요? 광고가 있나요?
지금은 결제 없이 모든 기능을 쓸 수 있고, 광고가 없습니다.
작은 창은 어떻게 띄우나요?
절 수행·걷기 수행·명상 가운데 하나를 고른 뒤 '작은 창으로 띄우기'를 누르면, 수행 화면이 다른 화면 위에 작은 창으로 떠 있습니다. 브라우저와 기기에 따라 작은 창이 열리지 않을 수 있습니다.
불교 신자가 아니어도 쓸 수 있나요?
네. 누구나 쓸 수 있습니다. 처사(남자 신도)·보살(여자 신도) 모습을 고르고, 임시 출가 모습도 해 볼 수 있습니다.
어떤 언어를 지원하나요?
한국어, 영어, 태국어, 중국어, 스페인어, 일본어, 포르투갈어, 독일어, 프랑스어, 이탈리아어, 러시아어 11개입니다. 한국어가 원본이고 다른 언어는 번역 초안입니다.
개인정보를 모으나요?
이름·이메일·위치 같은 개인정보를 모으지 않습니다. 설정은 기기 안에만 저장됩니다. 지금 수행 중인 사람 수를 세려고 이름 없는 신호 하나만 보내며, 1분여 뒤 지워집니다. 자세한 내용은 개인정보처리방침에 있습니다.

Three practices
- Bowing: continuous full bows in a Dharma hall modelled on photos of a Korean temple hall, with a bow count and a temple bell every 108 bows.
- Walking: a slow walk on an endless forest path with wildflowers, showing time and distance.
- Meditation: sit in the hall or in an empty space and watch yourself breathe.

What does 'Lamrim' mean?
Lamrim is a Tibetan Buddhist term for the stages of the path to awakening.
Do I need to install it or sign up?
No. Open lamrimapp.com and start; there is no account or login. You can use your browser's 'Add to Home Screen' to keep it like an app.
Does it cost anything? Are there ads?
Right now every feature works without payment, and there are no ads.
How do I open the small window?
Choose bowing, walking or meditation, then tap 'Keep in a small window'. The practice keeps playing in a small window on top of your other screens. Some browsers and devices do not support it.
Do I have to be Buddhist?
No. Anyone can use it. You can practise as a lay man or lay woman, or try temporary ordination with a shaved head and gray robe.
Which languages are supported?
Eleven: Korean, English, Thai, Chinese, Spanish, Japanese, Portuguese, German, French, Italian and Russian. Korean is the original; the others are draft translations.
Do you collect personal data?
No names, emails or locations are collected. Settings stay on your device. To count how many people are practising now, the app sends one anonymous signal that is deleted after about a minute. See the privacy policy for details.
